Chef Nhi – A Culinary Storyteller Bringing Global Flavors to Ireland

Originally from the Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam, Chef Nhi grew up in a family where cooking was a cherished tradition, and every meal was a moment of connection. Inspired by this, she began honing her culinary skills as a teenager, mastering the art of creating delicious dishes in just 30 minutes. Beyond Vietnamese cuisine, Chef Nhi is also an expert in crafting authentic Korean, Japanese, and other international dishes, staying true to their original flavors.

In 2020, she moved to Ireland to pursue a Master’s degree in International Tourism. Since then, she has fallen in love with the country's vibrant culture, warm people, and breathtaking landscapes. With a deep passion for food and cultural exchange, Chef Nhi is on a mission to introduce global flavors to Ireland and enrich its culinary scene with her unique touch.
