Chef Ida’s Culinary Journey: From Survival to Soulful Cooking

Chef Ida landed in Ireland back in April 2001 and began her journey like many others—working as a housekeeper and later as a waitress in the food and beverage industry. Along the way, she discovered her passion for cooking. Initially, it was all about survival and saving money, but soon it turned into something she genuinely loved.

She went from knowing nothing about food to creating dishes that transformed from just okay to absolutely delicious! There were plenty of mistakes in the beginning, but every misstep taught her something, and eventually, she perfected some rock-solid recipes.

Her motto? No task is too difficult if tackled with love and determination! And that’s exactly the spirit she brings to every dish she creates.
